Screenshots from the March
Why it's fun
- Three towers, deep play. Pikes bolt down singles, Mortars shatter packs, Frostwells slow the march — layer them along the bends.
- Seeded roads. Every seed carves a different Ember Road; the game is fully deterministic, so a plan you build is a plan you can master.
- Ten waves, rising pressure. Crawlers, then darting Skitters, then armoured Brutes. Upgrade towers to level 3 or sell them back for coin.
- A living dusk world. Glowing lanterns, crystal spires, tracer bolts and shockwave rings — all drawn in pure code, no textures, no downloads.
- Touch friendly. On-screen pads, taps to place, drag to pan — playable on a phone as well as a keyboard.
How to play
Goal: survive all 10 waves. Each Duskmaw that reaches the Lantern Core snuffs one of your 10 lives; lose all ten and the dark wins. Clear wave 10 and dawn breaks — you win.
